120 kilometres of signposted hiking trails—over wine hills, through forests, around the lake and up into the mountains. Pass roads, cycle paths and mountain trails delight cyclists, while the region’s deeply rooted wine culture and the cuisine of South Tyrol’s south inspire both curious minds and gourmets. Enjoy swimming fun in Haus Gregori’s garden pool or in the warmest lake in the Alps—and also South Tyrol’s largest—Lake Caldaro, just a few kilometres away.

After such an exciting day, there’s nothing better than falling happily exhausted into the cosy apartment bed—or relaxing your muscles in the rooftop whirlpool while counting the stars. This is also possible in winter, when summer colours give way to snow-white landscapes and the ski areas around Caldaro prepare their slopes and cross-country trails.

High-quality e-bike rental on site
Via our partner E-Bike Verleih Eppan you can rent high-quality e-bikes. Bikes are delivered to us in the morning and collected again in the evening.

Secure bike storage
Covered, lockable room for safe bike storage—ground-level access or via ramp/lift.

Drying room for clothing and equipment
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available free of charge, so wet cycling clothing and gear can be dried comfortably.

One-night stays for cyclists
Cyclists staying for just one night are also very welcome.

Tourist information and guided cycling tours
Provision of regional cycling maps, town maps and brochures with excursion tips. Guided cycling tours are also available via the Caldaro Tourist Office.

Pick-up service
After longer tours, we are happy to pick up our guests. Alternatively, we cooperate with Taxi Sausewind for a comfortable return.

Luggage transfer
On request, we can transport your luggage during your cycling tours (for a fee)—for more flexibility and comfort.

Repair kit for minor bike repairs
Floor pump, patches, tyre levers, spanners/Allen keys, screwdriver, combination pliers, lubricant and small parts are available.
