Residence Haus Gregori offers plenty of space for holidaymakers with its 10 modern apartments. In the new annex— a 4-star building with fitness room, spa terrace, breakfast room, modern lift, underground garage and a lockable bicycle room—seven additional apartments have been created. Both buildings are framed by only a few neighbouring homes and are nestled right among Caldaro’s vineyards.

And the interior easily lives up to the landscape outside: all you need to do is climb the stairs to the rooftop terrace of the new building. Up there, you’ll find not only a beautiful view, but also plenty of well-being. In one corner, the whirlpool bubbles; in another, the sauna steams; and the loungers rest against a dreamlike natural backdrop. In the middle of the garden, the residence’s own pool—heated by solar collectors—offers refreshment at Haus Gregori!
What’s new
A new building wouldn’t be new without improvements: first, the wellness terrace mentioned above; and second, the fitness room on the ground floor, offering an active counterbalance to relaxation. Also on the ground floor of the new building is the breakfast room, now welcoming all morning appetites.
