What Grandma Peppi started in the 1970s, Wolfgang and Manuela have expanded. Where rooms were once rented out, there are now ten holiday apartments offering relaxing stays for many returning guests—right in the midst of Caldaro’s vineyards.

Always striving to improve, the original Gregori house—with its three existing holiday apartments—was completely renovated just a few years ago. In 2017, a new 4-star residence was built right next door, adding seven more holiday apartments and delighting many more guests as a place of peace and retreat. Terrace wellness, a fitness room and an underground garage provide not only comfort, but relaxation under the roof of South Tyrol’s south.

Personality is a top priority at Haus Gregori. Manuela is on site around the clock—early in the morning when she prepares breakfast for guests, and later when choosing among countless excursion options can be difficult. She shares first-hand tips that let you experience the destination from an insider’s perspective. Meanwhile, guests’ children often find playmates in the Gregori kids, Mike and Madlen—especially in summer, when it’s “school’s out” for them too!
