- Prices are per apartment and day, based on an occupancy of 2 persons.
- The Guest Pass is included in the price.
- Additional persons: additional person from 5 years: low season €27/day – high season €37/day
- Children’s rates:
- 0–2.99 years: free
- 3–4.99 years: 30% discount on the additional person rate
- Final cleaning: €85.00–€99.00 (not included in the price)
- Short-stay surcharge for stays under 3 nights: €10.00 per person per day
- Bread roll service (for a fee)
- Breakfast (optional): choose between
- a freshly prepared breakfast basket delivered to your apartment (€26/person) or
- a served breakfast on our sunny terrace (€28/person)
Registration by 12:00 noon the day before (limited availability) - From 03/12/2026 to 01/03/2026 we offer breakfast baskets only.
- Served breakfast is available daily except Sundays.
- Children up to 2.99 years: free breakfast
- Children 3–10 years: half price for breakfast
- Free mid-stay cleaning for stays of at least 7 days
- Optional mid-stay cleaning: €40–€60
- Optional bed linen change: €10/person
- Legally required local tax: €3.00 per person per day (from 14 years)
- Small dogs (max. shoulder height 40 cm) are allowed only in the original house and only by arrangement – surcharge €15/day

- 2 charging stations for electric cars (for a fee)
- E-bike rental (reservation required): mountain bike and city bike from approx. €35/day, fully from €45/day plus delivery/pick-up service and breakdown service €8/bike, bookable directly with us or via www.e-bikeverleiht.it (prices depend on the provider). Bikes are delivered to Haus Gregori in the morning and collected again in the evening.

Booking
The booking becomes binding after a deposit of €300 and receipt of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Up to 21 days before arrival, you can cancel free of charge. A service fee of €20 is charged for refunding the deposit.
After that, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price including the deposit. In the event of no-show without cancellation, early departure or late arrival, the agreed total price will be charged.
Because things often turn out differently than expected and a booked holiday may need to be cancelled or shortened, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

We are happy to assist you with taking out travel cancellation insurance and—on request—can arrange it for you.
