Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which the voucher is delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Haus Gregori (Mendelstrasse 20, 39052 Kaltern, e-mail: info@hausgregori.com) of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. sent by post or e-mail).
The customer may use the appropriate withdrawal form for this purpose.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the withdrawal notification to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals (consumers) and not to legal entities (companies, public bodies, organizations).
Consequences of Withdrawal
If the contract is withdrawn by the customer, Haus Gregori shall reimburse all payments received from the customer without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of withdrawal is received.
This excludes additional costs arising if the customer expressly chose a delivery method other than the delivery by e-mail offered by the provider.
The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No fees shall be charged to the customer for such reimbursement.
Return of the Voucher
In the case of a voucher delivered by post that is withdrawn, the customer must return or hand over the voucher to Haus Gregori, Mendelstrasse 20, 39052 Kaltern without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal decision is communicated.
The deadline is met if the voucher is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
